a few weeks ago, i rang the lovley testra clear company and asked, can i have cabley goodness at my new abode, where i will be moving in a few weeks?

the nice lady on the phone said umm.. well all of the other houses around that house had cabley goodness but yours doesn't, however it seems that the landlord put an embargo on having cable goodness,

to which i said well i believe that the house has a new owner and he has no problem with having cabley goodness put into to his house so can we do it now?

the nice lady on the phone pretty much said yes but she would need to send a man around to the new abode so that he could see if they could indeed give the new abode cabley goodness.

a week later there is a letter.. we are sorry we cant give you cabley goodness, which i am quite suspicious about because i have a feeling that the man who came around only look at the possibility to bury the cable however there was moving to contend with the other autumn dramas to cope with so it got put on the back burner.

untill today... dar dar darrrrr....

so i rang the nice *cough* people at telstra clear and said, so what is the story about cabley goodness and why can't i have it. to which the simple lady on the phone said, umm.. it says that they are unable to bury the cable,

yes i understood that and that is fine so you guys can string it with the power and phone right?

no the simple lady says they can't cause there is a trespass issue, to which is say ??!!??

then i asked.. what dose trespass issue mean please? to which the simple lady said ??!!??

then she said it just says trespass issue which means that the cable can not be strung...

then i said, well if we can find out what this trespass issus is all about maybe we can find some common ground and fix it and then i can have calbely goodness mmk...

so the up shot it i am waiting for the man who came around to the house to give me a ring so that he can explain what he means by trespass so then i can tell him how to fix said problem.. *grins*

and then to top the day of i got to say to a idiot customer, "would you return you underwear after you had worn them for two years back to farmers?"
